Manufacturing

Precision compression moulding — batch after batch

This is our compression moulding press in operation at our Mohali facility. Each production run is logged against a batch record showing the product (O-Ring), material (NBR 70 in this run), exact dimensions (ID 25.00 × CS 2.50mm) and a batch number traceable back to the raw rubber compound. The tray in the foreground holds freshly demoulded O-Rings before inspection and packing.

2,000+ compression moulds

In-house tooling library covering the most common AS568, Metric and JIS sizes — no new tooling cost for most standard orders.

In-house rubber compounding

We mix our own NBR, FKM, EPDM and Silicone compounds on-site, giving us direct control over hardness, cure system and material traceability.

Full batch traceability

Every production batch is logged with product, material, size, batch number and production date — supporting ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 traceability requirements.

Product Range

Five product lines. Every standard cross-section.

Materials

Nine elastomer compounds, matched to your fluid and temperature.

-30°C to +100°C

NBR — Nitrile

General-purpose seal for mineral oils, fuels and hydraulic fluids.

View material →
-20°C to +200°C

FKM — Fluoroelastomer (Viton-type)

High-temperature, chemical-resistant sealing for oil & gas and process industries.

View material →
-15°C to +327°C

FFKM — Perfluoroelastomer

Near-universal chemical resistance for the most demanding process seals.

View material →
-40°C to +150°C

EPDM

Water, steam and weather-resistant sealing — the wrong choice for mineral oil.

View material →
-30°C to +150°C

HNBR — Hydrogenated Nitrile

Higher heat and abrasion resistance than standard NBR for demanding drives.

View material →
-60°C to +230°C

Silicone (VMQ)

Food-, medical- and electrically-safe sealing across a wide temperature band.

View material →
-60°C to +200°C

Fluorosilicone (FVMQ)

Silicone's temperature range with added fuel and oil resistance standard silicone doesn't have.

View material →
-10°C to +230°C

AFLAS (FEPM)

Extreme chemical + heat resistance for sour gas and amine service beyond standard FKM.

View material →
-20°C to +200°C

Viton™ A

General-purpose FKM dipolymer, 66% fluorine — the baseline Viton grade for standard petroleum and fuel contact.

View material →
-20°C to +200°C

Viton™ B

Terpolymer with ~68% fluorine — enhanced resistance to inorganic acids, caustics and harsh industrial fluids.

View material →
-15°C to +200°C

Viton™ F

High-fluorine terpolymer (~70%) engineered for oxygenated automotive fuels and alternative fuel blends.

View material →
-40°C to +200°C

Viton™ GLT / GFLT

Low-temperature specialist grades — cold flexibility down to -40°C without giving up FKM's fluid resistance.

View material →
-20°C to +200°C

Viton™ AED

High-hardness FKM engineered to prevent Anti-Explosive/Rapid Gas Decompression failures in high-pressure systems.

View material →
-20°C to +230°C

Viton Extreme — ETP Series

The core Viton Extreme terpolymer — amine and high-pH chemical resistance beyond standard FKM.

View material →
-20°C to +230°C

Viton Extreme — GBL Series

Peroxide-cured Viton Extreme with added steam and acid resistance.

View material →
-20°C to +230°C

Viton Extreme — TBR Series

The broadest base-resistance Viton Extreme formulation, for multi-chemical process exposure.

View material →
-40°C to +120°C
